Level 1 – Basic Support

Support all user computers including laptops and desktop computers and all servers on site. Support LAN including ADSL router and connection to ISP Providing up to 5 hours support
including: On-Site support
Covering business hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Level 2 – Enhanced Support

Support all user computers including laptops and desktop computers and all servers on site. Support LAN including ADSL router and connection to ISP Providing up to 10 hours support
including: On-Site support
Remote support Telephone support Covering hours 7am - 10pm 6 days a week (Mon though to Sat)

Level 3 – Virtual Helpdesk

Support all user computers including laptops and desktop computers and all servers on site. Support LAN including ADSL router and connection to ISP. Providing up to 15 hours support
including: On-Site support
Remote support Telephone support Security updates and patch management Anti-virus management Off-site secure backup management Covering hours 7am - 10pm 7 days a week (Mon though to Sun
